Yes. Around 80% of our work happens between 6:00 pm and 5:00 am. We can also work early mornings, weekends or during business hours with a day porter. Access is governed by a signed key-custody agreement and every crew confirms lock-up by text.

Yes. Burz Facility Services holds a City of Montgomery business licence, $2,000,000 general liability cover, a $1,000,000 janitorial bond and full Alabama workers' compensation for all employees. A certificate of insurance naming your organisation as additional insured is issued free of charge before the first clean.

All of our cleaning staff are W-2 employees of Burz. We do not subcontract janitorial labour. Every employee is E-Verified and passes a criminal background check before their first shift.

Yes. Each building is assigned a named crew and a named supervisor. If someone is on leave we send a trained cover technician who has already been walked through your site, not a stranger with a key.

Most offices land between $0.09 and $0.16 per square foot per visit. A 5,000 sq ft office cleaned three times a week typically runs $900–$1,200 per month. Our pricing page publishes plan starting points and a one-off rate card.

Standard janitorial contracts usually begin 5–8 business days after signature — that window covers background checks, key handover and crew site training. Emergency and one-off cleans can often be staffed within 24 hours.

There is an initial 90-day period so the crew can settle into the building. After that, agreements run month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. We do not use auto-renewing multi-year terms.

Report it within 24 hours of the clean — phone, text or email — and we return and correct it at no charge, usually the same or next business day. If we cannot correct it, we credit the affected portion of that visit. See our Service & Refund Policy.

Yes, everything: vacuums with HEPA filtration, microfibre systems, auto-scrubbers, extractors and all chemicals. Nothing of yours is used and nothing is stored on your site unless you offer a closet and we agree in writing.

Where an effective certified product exists we use Green Seal or EPA Safer Choice certified chemistry. For clinical disinfection we use EPA List N registered products, which are chosen for efficacy rather than certification. We will tell you exactly which products are used in your building.

Yes. We run colour-coded microfibre to prevent cross-contamination, follow recorded dwell times, handle regulated waste in line with Alabama guidance and produce written per-room cleaning logs for your compliance file.

We can. Under our consumables management add-on we monitor stock, order at wholesale and restock during scheduled visits, billing at cost plus a flat 12% handling fee. Alternatively you supply and we simply fill the dispensers.

Yes — deep cleans, tenant turnovers, post-event cleans and post-construction work are all available without a contract. One-off work requires a 30% deposit with the balance due on completion.

Montgomery and everything within roughly 45 miles: Prattville, Wetumpka, Millbrook, Pike Road, Deatsville, and selected larger contracts in Auburn and Opelika. We deliberately do not take work outside that radius.

Keys are logged in a numbered custody register, stored in a locked cabinet at our Summitt Street office and never labelled with your address. Alarm codes are stored encrypted and issued per-supervisor. Loss of a key is reported to you within one hour.

Yes. We routinely sign NDAs, work under escort in secure areas, skip designated no-entry rooms and can provide a fixed named crew list for badge issuance.

Every visit is signed off by the crew lead. Every month you receive a scored 40-point inspection report with photographs. Any score below 90% is personally reviewed by Susan Miller and comes with a written corrective action.
